How quickly can you repair my washer or dryer?

Repair times depend on parts availability and what needs to be repaired. Most repairs can be completed quickly to minimize inconvenience, but others can take several hours, depending on what needs to be done. Your technician can give a more accurate repair time once they have diagnosed the issue.

Do you service all brands of laundry appliances?

Yes, we work on most major brands with a few exceptions, but we are also always willing to learn something new! If you are unsure if we service your brand, call, text, or fill out a form today to see if we can be of service to you!

Are your repairs covered by a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Although we do not do warranty work at this time, we do offer a 30 day guarantee on all repairs performed by us after they are complete. This means we will reassess the unit at NO CHARGE if any issues arise after we fix it, even if it is a separate, unrelated issue. Any additional charges that may occur(i.e. additional parts, extra labor for a more complicated repair, etc.)will be discussed with the customer before moving forward with more repairs.

Parts carry a warranty that varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Although most are up to one year, some are as little as 30 days, so your specific part warranty will depend on what brand product you are having serviced.

Do you offer emergency laundry appliance repair services?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we perform emergency work on any appliance that is leaking gas or water, a fridge/ freezer that is not cooling properly, or an oven that will not turn off. Additional charges may apply, depending on the emergency.

What areas do you serve for laundry appliance repair?

We serve the entire Tucson area including South Tucson, Sahuarita, Saddlebrooke, Oro Valley, Vail, Picture Rocks, Marana, and Green Valley. Our service area is around 25 miles from our home base, but do not hesitate to reach out if you are outside that area! We will accommodate when we can!
