Yes, we provide a 30 day guarantee on all of our work after the repair is complete.

Parts also carry a warranty, but they vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Although most are a year, there are also brands that only offer 30 days, so your parts warranty will depend on what brand appliance you have.

Repair times depend on parts availability and what needs to be repaired. Most repairs can be completed quickly to minimize inconvenience, but others can take several hours, depending on what needs to be done. Your technician can give a more accurate repair time once they have diagnosed the issue.

Do you offer emergency services?

Yes, we perform emergency work on any appliance that is leaking gas or water, a fridge that is not cooling properly, or an oven that will not turn off. Additional charges may apply, depending on the emergency.
